    ugggg cant get below 155

So is it me or are there other people in same boat. Follow the protein intake. I don't eat a lot and keep busy at work. I got down to 153 and now I am back up to 158-159. I cant seem to motivate myself to get into a exercise program no matter what I try to do. Just no motivation but as I do not eat a lot I should still be able to drop this weight?? I am hoping when the weather gets warmer maybe I can try bike riding a few times a week to see if that helps with the stall. Any one in the same boat I would love to hear from you all to gather intel on how to get this off. I have a goal of about 125.

    Favorite restaurant meals post WLS?

I discovered a 4-pc grilled nuggets kids' meal from Chick-fil-a with buffalo sauce for dipping and fruit instead of fries is a great lunch - just the right portion size, 145 calories if you get a calorie-free beverage. For a drive-through meal, you can hardly do better! I also like the Vietnamese chicken salad spring rolls from Pei Wei. They're super light and full of lean chicken and veggies. At sit-down restaurants, I typically order a protein and a steamed vegetable. For example, at Red Lobster, I get crab legs or a lobster tail and broccoli. At a steakhouse I'll get a 7-oz filet mignon and asparagus (and take half of the steak home). At a Japanese restaurant I like to get sashimi, or share a kids' bento box with my 3-year-old. If we're eating at a deli or something, I'll order a sandwich but just eat half. My husband and I shared a sandwich, I ate the fruit that came with it, and he ordered a cup of soup on the side. You can still enjoy eating out after surgery, you just have to be creative about your portions and sharing!

Thank you so very much!!! It feels really amazing to hit that goal. I just posted a video of myself showing the progress from losing 100 lbs. (238 lbs. to 138 lbs.) I'm spinning and it's only a minute long but has some before/after photos. It was a fun way to document this entire journey the last 9.5 months.

    Waist trainers

The corset is designed to move your rib bones over time. Reality, weight loss did more for my mid-section and shape than the waist trainer. Weight lifting was a game changer for my curves/shape. Also fills out my loose skin a bit.😉
