    Just made my own cauliflower soup!! it might be a little high in salt and little too much fat (only like a 1/2T of butter) but OMG i finally like something i tried to make for this diet.

    Ten years ago I had by-pass surgery. My starting weight was 562. It has been a long road, and I wanted my goal to be 180. I am 218 and now I find out my weight for 5'1" should be 143. I really think I can get that thin. HELP!!!!!

    I am so HAPPY TODAY.... I am just 4 pounds away from my all time GOAL. I reached my goal within 8 MONTHS!!!!! GOING FROM 245 TO 135... YES!!!!!

    The stall officially broke yesterday and I'm down to 234! So 3lbs lost in 2 days! HALLELUJAH!

    Well January finally did it. Started the month and ended the month at the exact same weight. First time my weight journal has had a Zero written in it. Feb 1 is the 18 month mark and it does feel like the end of one journey and the start of another. Do not see the surgeon again till August but he was happy at 175 so i do not see any issues there.

    Hello again, I have lost a total of 72 lbs. Feeling pretty frustrated with myself because I have been at the same weight for about 6 weeks. BUT considering it has been through the holidays and there has been a lot of celebrating ... I am cutting myself some slack. 😕 At least I have not gained! 😬

    I feel more tired now that im intaking protein again... and im kinda going on and off hot and cold whereas Ive been 100% cold. I wish my body would decide what it wants.

    I went against my weekly weigh in and cheated today the scale says I'm 248 😂How? Maybe it's wrong lol I just purchased the scale and it's my first time using it. I'll weigh my daughter to see if it's accurate. I was 255 this time last week so I guess it's a real possibility. I'll let you know , I have been very picky about sugars and carbs even though I don't have a huge variety of foods to choose from. I'm super excited and hope everyone is doing great! Got to charge my iPad but I just had to share my happiness
