    Vomiting Vitamins

I like the chewable BariatricAdvantage vitamins. Might try these or a different brand. That could help. Sent from my SM-G960U using BariatricPal mobile app

👑First beauty is very very subjective. And inner beauty counts most...this needs to be said more often👑 Have plastics if it makes *you* feel better screw everyone else's opining Next, not every surgeon requires preop diets. Mine didn't. Follow your surgeon's instructions as best as you can. Take off as much time as you can especially if you have to perform lifts and transfers. Last ❤ALWAYS ASK QUESTIONS ❤ become a seeker of information, never wait for someone to hand it all to you Congrats on the upcoming surgery and safe journey

First let me say what a spectacular job you are doing! You are changing your life for the better and in doing so, probably doing the same for your children. Congratulations on your success! The divorce rate for bariatric patients is high. You are making changes that can affect your entire family's life style; your husband is fighting these changes. For your sake and the sake of your children you need to decide if you are going to allow him to sabotage these changes and potentially your continued success. His other choice is to hop on board and be a part of something wonderful. I don't know a lot about bipolar disorder but it sounds like a really convenient excuse to blame his sh***y behavior and allow a vicious circle of verbal abuse to continue. If it truly is his bipolar he needs to figure out a way to fix it, be it meds, counseling or both. Please don't allow yourself to get sucked in and try to deal with his insecurities. You will never be able to fix it, he has to want to do that! You can support him but you can't do it for him. Good luck!

Hi there...I did not have a pre-op diet either, I just could not have any food after 10:00 pm the night before surgery. Every team is different in their requirements. Just keep asking your doctor questions for your concerns, you said he has good reviews but is lacking in communication so trust him and ask all the questions that you need to. You will be just fine, follow your plan. Congratulations on your up coming surgery and I wish you all the best!

    Not losing as fast

when I was where you are, I'd lost 28 lbs (16 lbs the first month,12 lbs the second). I was a slow loser the whole time, but I ended up losing over 200 lbs. Everyone's rate of weight loss is different depending on so many factors (age, gender, starting BMI, metabolic rate, etc). Your commitment to your program is going to have a MUCH greater impact on your eventual success than your rate of weight loss will, though. So just stick to your program, follow the rules, and the weight will come off, either fast or slow.
