    Weight Lose per week

2lb per week is pretty average from what I can tell. I was 310 lb on the day of my surgery on 1st March 2018 (38 weeks ago) and I have lost on average 3.17lb per week. With my best week (surgery week) being (6.4lb) and my worst being (0.3) (about 5 weeks ago). Everyone looses at different rates, I think the important thing is your trend. If you are loosing constantly thats what you really want. Just keep doing what you are doing and you will get to your goal.

Ohhhh... now I have so many questions

You may want to take at least a week as you will have a drainage bulb on your surgical site. It is a little disgusting to deal with outside of your home. If you can work from home all the better. I was off four days (Friday and the weekend) then worked from home for a week. Very little pain besides the gas bubble in my shoulder area. Good luck.

    Macro targets

Oh no I understand, im eating relatively high fat is what I mean for example my total daily caloric intake is around 800cal atm but im getting around 70-80g protein and im just wondering if anyone has percentages of how they split their carbs and fats thereafter. My first goal is to.acheive the protein target and goal 2 is to stick to my calorie target I just want to know how to split my carbs and fats. Im using myfitnesspal and.it asks you for your targets thats why im curious to hear what other people set.

I went against my weekly weigh in and cheated today the scale says I'm 248 πŸ˜‚How? Maybe it's wrong lol I just purchased the scale and it's my first time using it. I'll weigh my daughter to see if it's accurate. I was 255 this time last week so I guess it's a real possibility. I'll let you know , I have been very picky about sugars and carbs even though I don't have a huge variety of foods to choose from. I'm super excited and hope everyone is doing great! Got to charge my iPad but I just had to share my happiness

    800 Calories Per Day

I'm over 2 years out and still don't feel physical hunger. I fasted for 5 days once to test it and never felt a single hunger pang. Some people just get lucky with their surgery and experience greatly diminished appetite compared to most.

    800 Calories Per Day

I'm 9 months out. I'm usually 800-1000 calories/day. But I'm one of the lucky ones, i don't have real hunger, just cravings. I don't eat more when I work out. Her comment that she only counts calories is worrisome. She really needs to track her protein intake as well as vitamins and minerals.
