Oh no I understand, im eating relatively high fat is what I mean for example my total daily caloric intake is around 800cal atm but im getting around 70-80g protein and im just wondering if anyone has percentages of how they split their carbs and fats thereafter. My first goal is to.acheive the protein target and goal 2 is to stick to my calorie target I just want to know how to split my carbs and fats.
