    I binged

You will have to work, hard. The sleeve can manipulated as you can see. I suggest removing the tempting foods from your life, carving out a sustainable plan, only eating set meals (no snacks at all), using support systems for good mental hygiene, forgiving yourself for this one event and vigilantly moving forward. Safe Journey!

    Protein shakes

I literally do not like anything SF, so it is possible. My surgery is coming up and I have a plan to use honey, only slight amount, as I don't like really sweet drinks. I will transition to a small amount of frozen fruit. You can do it with some small tweaks. Best wishes!

    They cancelled my surgery

That would be disappointing. Did you follow the prepop diet that the DR gave you?

    Headache and migraines

Alternate between hot & cold water on your head in the shower. Or hot and cold on the back of your neck using a hot rice bag & an ice pack.

    Heartburn from Water?

Okay let me preface this by saying I am a water fiend. I drink so much water that I am fairly sure I slosh. Be that as it may, I do notice that if I drink too much on an empty stomach I get mild heartburn. I usually take a prilosec maybe once a month and it goes away pretty much instantly but it is always because of water. Does this happen to anyone else?
