Definitely possible to stall early. I’m 2 weeks post op and weighed myself this morning. Same weight as last week. Bummed but I also now have actual food in my system and while not constipated, things aren’t regular yet. I’m going to try to fit in more walking and just keep at it! 😃
Does anyone REALLY need highly processed cereal? If you want carbs, then eat unprocessed whole grains! I could do great recipes with things like bulgar, quinoa, brown rice, farrow, wild rice, barley, kamut, millet, gluten free oats, etc.
at 600 calories per day, how are you consuming too much protein? Just an example - Premier Protein 160 cal, 30g protein - 4 shakes = 640 cals and 120g protein, 3 shakes = 480 cals and 90g protein. I'm very curious to know what your diet entails to meet your protein needs at 600 cals a day, because that's a diet I want to be on.
My daily diet at 7 weeks post averages 600 - 700 cals per day, all natural protein (no shakes) and I meet 60 - 70 gram of protein per day. Your numbers just don't seem to add up.
Thank you. Not breastfeeding unfortunately, my supply did not come on adequately prob due to lower caloric intake and my body being so stressed. Sent from my LGUS992 using BariatricPal mobile app
Honestly it wasn't that bad! I didn't even feel it. He was talking to me the whole time he did it! I heard him cut the stitch and didn't feel a thing. He held it up and said it's out! I started to cry.
I would contact your surgeon. I was off pain meds as soon as I left the hospital and returned to work 1 week later. I had some sharp pains between incision points but it went away relatively quickly (within 2-3 days after I spoke with my surgeon)
