    Congrats on your weight loss. Congrats on hitting goal so quickly. Congrats on working the hell out of that waist trainer. Can dudes use them or is it a lady thing?     When you are ready the decision will be easy. It is a lifelong change. In my case being diagnosed with diabetes did it for me.
