    I’m terrible at this!

We can't motivate you for you. That's where YOU have to take the ball and run with it. Big thing is to not beat yourself up for the mis-steps. They happen, it's what you chose to do next that matters. Missing going to the gym? Well, GO! Stop making excuses and go. Not following your diet? Well, Stop it! Start following your diet and stop making excuses. Push yourself! No one else is going to make you feel horrible because you ate crap and aren't doing what you know you are supposed to do. No one else is going to look back at you in the mirror and be disappointed because you didn't do what you knew you should have. Just do it. You know you have to, You know why you have to, The ONLY way to get past feeling the way you do... is to do what you know you are supposed to. So stop dwelling on the crap that happened yesterday, focus on what you need to do to be successful TODAY.

Not raining,on your parade, just amplification. Mama had her gall out one fall, shortly afterwards I started having symptoms, in truth I had symptoms when carrying baby #3, ob-gyn poo'pooed me. Had excuses Baby just kicking, Way baby's laying yadah yadah. When I showed signs again Mama. said I was just envious( Hunh?) Finally put my foot down and said I'm having it checked out, lo and behold I did have a gall bladder full of stones. turned jaundiced, yellow as a 🍋

That's a great way to look at it. Maybe I'll just let nature take its course and see what happens.

    Breast reduction surgery?

I'd say it depends on how you lose weight. I had my reduction a long time ago and my dr didn't require me to lose weight, but I also had enough weight loss history to know that I lose weight in my boobs LAST. My roommate after college on the other hand had 4 different bra sizes in her drawer because she lost and gained weight there first. If you aren't sure I'd wait a little longer and let things stabilize. Totally worth it though!! No regrets about having my reduction in my 20's and if the girls start dragging I would totally get a lift again.

    Breast reduction surgery?

I waited for 6 months after hitting & maintaining goal weight before having a breast lift. It was a long wait, but I think it was worth it. I mean, I already had awful boobs for my whole life, what's a few more months? I wanted my body to be stable before dropping lots of money on altering it again. In clothes, my before and after pics are the same. In my opinion, you could use this time to really research plastic surgeons and interview them. I saw 7 cosmetic surgeons before I chose. Find before and after pics of others patients who have had the surgery; save the ones you think are ideal AND the pics you think look terrible. These will help your doctor. How exciting for you! Congratulations on losing weight!

Omg this is so me! Everybody in my life can obviously tell that I've lost a ton of weight, but I still haven't told anyone (and probably never will). I was always on a diet and my weight was always up and down. Everyone just thinks that this recent weight loss is just part of my pattern. When I came back to work on day 5 post surgery and was still on liquids, I just told everyone I was on a cleanse and everyone accepted it because they'd seen me do it 100x! The first 20/25 pounds came off really quickly (first 4 weeks), then it slowed down a bit. It's taken me longer to lose the weight than all the stories I've read, but it hasn't bothered me. Honestly I haven't really had to try to lose weight - I eat healthy but only because it feels better post sleeve. I could eat bread, cupcakes and other crap if I wanted, but I can't eat that much and if I fill up all the space with that junk I can't eat real food and then I just feel sick. Thing is I've always been a healthy eater, just ate to much of it I guess. Problem solved! I'm still worried I'll get fat again and the sleeve won't work long term, but I think that just comes from yo-yoing my entire life. Good luck to you! You'll do great!
