Playing Dance Dance Revolution Fat cryotherapy She gives me a hateful look, I get a chuckle, and next time maybe she picks a different target for her shenanigans.

I’m so sorry this happened. It sounds like this person wants to understand what you had done, from a parental advice giver, but to tell you what you should do rather than as a supportive person. Some people are a bit clueless! Im keeping my WLS private as well, when people start to notice my response will be that ive changed my eating habits and have returned to the gym. As to the ‘don’t loose anymore’ comments I’d do the smile and nod response, it’s hard for people to comment when you do this. I know I’m going to have to deal with this when I go home at Christmas from well meaning but clueless family/friends so I hope I do the smile and nod 😀 and ask them about themselves to change the subject

My incision pain went away around 4.5 weeks. The largest incision where the surgeon worked from was the one that lasted so long; like yours. i didn’t use a binder. But if you feel like it’ll help you, go for it

Im 6 days post op and Im wearing mine everywhere. To bed, when I wake up, I literally have it on at all times. My left side is the main side the work was done on and I can tell a major difference in pain when I don't have it on. Ive linked this previous but this is one I bought, LOVE IT! Hey everyone! So I'm just about five days away from my surgery. My Liquid diet has been tough, but I've kicked its ass so far. Since I started my weight loss journey I've lost 52 lbs! My original goal was to lose 30 lbs prior to the procedure. Inching very close to being below 300 lbs before the surgery. I'm a man, 5'10, and twenty-five years old. Beginning to feel very nervous about the reality of the surgery. How did you/are you coping with these nerves? Also, does anyone have any clue what ballpark somebody weighing about 300 lbs should expect to lose in the first few months? Know everybody is different and results will vary pretty greatly but think hearing those numbers might ease my nerves a bit. Thank you all for sharing your stories, you've been a lifesaver through this process.

I haven't had surgery yet, but after my second pregnancy my once thick and beautiful hair started disappearing. Look for hairstylists that can match a "topper" to the hair you have and bead it in. It's way less invasive than a wig and it makes me feel like it's my hair. Best yet, no one knows I don't have hair. So, that out of the way...this surgery will change our lives! I feel like that every time I eat. I do not feel sick or anything. I lay down to rest for 15 to 30 minutes then I feel fine. I wonder if my body is just working hard to digest.
