    Very tough week

    I adjusted from 10.4 to 8 and it seems to have helped quite a bit. I talked with my PCP and she suggested that I keep playing with the pressure until I get something I can tolerate, that I've still got a ways to go with weight loss and it would be unwise to have a study now, only to have to have another one in a few months. I agreed. Thank you very much! This week has been much better.

    If it helps, you were one of the first people on here I had read in the forum on supporting people with questions. I can see how it can get extremely annoying when people don't search a question before asking. I thank you and many others for your continued support. Hope your week and your sleep is getting somewhat better!

    Very tough week

    As far as the CPAP is concerned. My doctor changed my pressure from a set number, to auto adjust. It made a huge difference. I had a set pressure of 12 until recently. He adjusted it to range from 6-12, and now I check it every morning and I'm usually sitting at a 6 or 7. Too much pressure can cause sleep issues as well.
