    driving after surgery?

Typically, most seem to recommend that one can drive once one has been off of narcotic pain relievers for a day or two. I didn't drive much the first week or so as my wife was around and she liked to play "mother", but I drove the couple hours to the 10 day follow up appointment without any issue (she doesn't do mornings well!)

    driving after surgery?

hey guys! i was just reading through my booklet from the hospital and it says that they recommend no driving until you’ve had your post-op appointment which is 7-10 days after surgery. now that should be fine and i’ll follow whatever they tell me to, but i’ve never heard this before so i’m just wondering what the general consensus on this is? I’m only taking a week off of work (I nanny, so i’m not really stressed about “going back to work” since it’s easy and i don’t do much, but still?)

My one-month pre-op diet is very similar to this. The only difference is I can have fruit or veggies with the protein shakes.

That’s amazing! All of you have lost a lot. I guess the important part is that the number on the scale keeps going down, not how fast it takes. Fingers crossed!!

It's not our place to be judgmental. Did you like speculation and comments of others about your obesity when you were larger? Give the public figures and celebs a break.

    Please mind your business

I have an obnoxious gossipy aunt who loves to milk people for this kinda crap so she can spin it and spread it....so I don't mind having some fun with her. I just tell her outrageously creative lies. She isn't interested in anything factual. She doesn't really care or want to empathize. She wants tabloid entertainment for neighborhood publication.....so I let her have some. How did I lose so much weight? My new crack addiction. Witchcraft Eating only watermelon for thirty days. Dedicating my life to the service of David Miscavige Mail order tapeworms from Brazil. Pancreatic cancer. A new deadly gluten allergy. Playing Dance Dance Revolution Fat cryotherapy She gives me a hateful look, I get a chuckle, and next time maybe she picks a different target for her shenanigans.
