    Friends and family problems help!

A thought for you to think,on, I read this somewhere Reach out to your family, if they rebel keep on reaching out. You will get bonus points in Heaven; they get the eternal demerit points. The problem is have with this. is When you turn the other cheek, you end up with 2 bruised cheeks instead of one. Also: Fire refines some people so you see the gold underneath. but some are trash and just burn up with a loud stinky smell. You are one of the better people, you don't need trash in your life so turn your back on friends like that. Your mother that is a problem . You were her baby, she should be protecting you while you are trying to recover. Set her down , explain I appreciate you trying to help, but things you are doing and saying are hurtfull to me. If you aren't happy to be here and help me, perhaps it's time for you to go home. So it's up to you- Mom ---❤--how is it going to be?

Now may be the time where you find deeper strength in yourself and independence from the negative connections. Perhaps this is who they were all along and you can just see clearer now.

    Low Energy week

Hi all. I was sleeved on 4/18/18 and have been doing ok. I have been meeting my 60 g of protein daily and water intake is about 95% of the time. Weight loss is going slow but I am continuing to lose lbs and inches. My issue is that for the last week my energy level has been so low. I am getting enough sleep but feel constantly tired. I am working out 3-4 times a week. My caloric intake is between 500-600 per day and I really struggle with that because I’m just not hungry. Has anyone else encountered this? I am a total of 60 lbs down so my energy should be up right?

Hey all! Sooooo I am very excited as I just got my surgery date-August 13t!!! I would love to connect with a surgery date buddy out there. The last few weeks have been a whirlwind. While I have wanted to surgery for years, I finally started heavily researching it, and found a surgeon. Made an appointment one week, the next week went in for all the pre-op work, and now I have my surgery date! It was important for me to get a single incision gastric sleeve surgery. One of the only ones I could find was Dr. Garber in New York. I am flying in from KY and self paying for the surgery. So that's a big monetary commitment but honestly, I know this is the right decision for me. Just wondering if anyone else has had the single incision surgery? What was your experience like?

Most people hit a stall at 2-3 weeks, do a search on it and you will find you are in good company! Stay the course with your surgeons plan!

Usually low fat means higher sugar. Most recent studies advocate high fat, high protein, low carb. I cook for my family, I just eat the meat. I cook up a whole broccoli or whole cabbage and have that as my own vegetable. Keep individual meat patties and individual pieces frozen chicken then whatever vegetable you made for yourself. You could cook a pack of patties or chicken all at once and veggie, then heat up portions for yourself.
