There hasn't been anything I've made with a Wonton wrapper that I haven't liked. I always have them on hand!

    Hello New here ;) questions

That’s exactly why I’m leaving it as surgery and hard work. Both of those are true and quite frankly you are under no obligation to spill the beans just because someone else feels the need to be nosy. The lack of information is for them to figure out how to handle, not for you to do that. As you move through this process you’ll be able to recognize those you feel comfortable talking to and those you don’t. You’ll also start to feel more comfortable about the surgery itself as well. I know a lot of this is easy to for us to say and harder to do. But after I hit 40, I got to a point where I realized I was no longer going to feel obligated to do anything. I wish I would have lived my younger years that way. Lol

    Back to work today

First, good luck to you. Take it easy. Forgive yourself. If you need to go home early, do so. It's part of your healing process. I'm lucky & have a desk job. When I was sleeved, I was able to work from home for basically as long as I wanted. I don't know if that's an option for you. Good luck. You are not alone.

    How much weight....

This question is always a slippery slope. 1) There is no average weight loss post-op, some people even gain. 2) There are too many variables: starting weight, sex, health status, whether you had a pre-op diet or not, and age just to name a few. DON'T COMPARE 3) People lose at different rates. Some are slow and steady, some are fast out the gate and eventually slow down to 6 - 12 lbs a month. 4) Inevitably someone will read this and feel crappy about their own weight loss leading to a plethora of "I only loss..., what's wrong with me" post.
