Only take a picture ID, don't take your wallet. Don't wear jewelry. Only pack your needed items - lip balm, slippers, robe, comfy clothes for ride home - soft bra, undies, sweats/workout pants, top, cell phone and charger. Turn phone off and bury it in the bag - or give it to your BIL until he gets off work. -
1 pointI like Nutrametrix Isotonix 'cause I can mix up one 8-ounce concoction in the AM and I don't have to think about it for the rest of the day. Surgeon says its fine to consume all of the calcium at once this way. I just restocked for 3 months -- $125, so it isn't cheap. A week ago, I got Bariatric Advantage vitamin and calcium capsules and tablets and tried that for a day -- damn thing got stuck and I was uncomfortable for over half an hour. Plus multi-dosing. Not for me.

I also take ProCare but I take the capsules now that I cans swallow pills. It’s $45 for a 90 day supply on Amazon. -

I'm sure you really don't want to hear about my hemorrhoids . . . (Notice I didn't say that's what the surgery was, just making a statement they could make an assumption on.) On a serious note, you owe no one an explanation other than I'm having surgery, my doctor says I need to be out for X time and when I return I will/will not have restrictions. That's it. -
