Everyone goes through the last minute jitters. You start your liquid diet and things get very REAL....and a lot of people freak out a little:) Trust your saner self. Trust the person who already made the decision and has been working toward this and fighting for it for months. Nerves are natural. It'll be ok:)

Thanks for asking. I’m feeling much better. I’m able to eat solid food now, and I started walking 10 minutes twice a day this week. I still have some pain on the left side and I still have to take my anti nausea meds 2-3 times a week, but there’s a huge improvement and considering where I cane from, I’m doing great!

    One year out feeling good

I really don’t have a goal I was stuck between 250 and 240 since December and was getting frustrated. I went back to measuring my food and started losing again losing weight is addictive so I would like to see how far I can go.

If it helps? I had a super easy surgery experience. Zero nausea, minimal pain, no vomiting, perfect recovery. LOVE my sleeve:) I've felt terrific from the day of surgery. Worst part for me was the presurgical diet. Everything else was much easier than I expected. Figured it couldn't hurt to hear good experience....while you're reading horror stories. LOL:) (and everyone does that, too)

Yes sometime when we sweat our acid in the sweat breaks down the skin. Just bathe that area every day and make sure you dry well. Hope this helps

    Help! Stuck in a rut!

I have a protein shake and about 5 blueberries or raspberries for breakfast, lunch I have turkey or chicken and a string cheese, dinner I have cottage cheese, another lean protein and have another protein shake after I workout.. I am going to look at changing something here because this isn’t working!!!

It's a blessing and a curse! I was in 6th grade with a small c (and not overweight in the slightest). Even at my thinnest and healthiest, I was a 34C/D. It kills my back. And I couldn't wear any of the cute shirts without looking like it was a club night. Even Turtlenecks had a habit of looking obscene LOL.

    Feeling Less Sexy

I'm very nervous about my body. Had a brief relationship last year and the guy found my skin a major turn off. Pretty soon it was his reason for suddenly ghosting on me... Or at least part. Just tentatively beginning something new now... We'll see!
