The willpower and mindset is awesome! Looks like you're pretty darn close to your balance (I may have sat there and took a bite) Good for you! I'm so glad it helped! <3 And girl, I can relate.. Self-realization is the first step towards your success. And it looks like you have a good plan in place to be successful long-term. It's a marathon, not a sprint.

If you’re lucky, you will. I have some short sleeve shirts that went from “too small” to “too big” before I could wear them again. “Just right” was in the middle of winter.

    Clothing During Rapid Weightloss Months

I have lots of things in my closet that I am looking forward to being able to wear again, if only for a short time. This time, when they are too big I am getting rid of them...never to be worn by me again! Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using BariatricPal mobile app

We all deserve to be in the normal bracket, worked for it, planned for it, even slightly rearranged our bodies to achieve it. Normal -yes, Average-no, average is as close to the bottom as the top. We will not settle for being bottom feeders, we are and will,be slim, trim and sleek! Power to Us All! Sleep Study?

Curious that you did not need a sleep study for sleeve surgery... It's just a precaution to make sure you can breathe while under general anesthesia if you have sleep apnea

    Sleep Study?

Most bariatric surgeons want each patient to have the cpap machine. Anesthesia can be tricky for anyone, let along an overweight person. It just helps with recovery as well. I has trace of sleep apnea which means it was barely detected during my test but the docs said I had to have it since I was going through the bariatric program

I would echo what's been said and add as someone about a week ahead of you on the gastric sleeve food path, that the first couple meals were crazy and that it gets more normalized as you move through the next couple of weeks. You are still measuring your food, but you are less likely to encounter "surprising" limitations as long as you are sticking to the volume recommendations. Also just as a heads up the transition back to real food is also where you are likely to appear to hit a "stall," as you refill the digestive pipeline. Don't get frustrated it happens to pretty much everyone.

    Want to go rouge!

Try getting creative with protein products you dont like. Drinking them is boring. Sugar free Pudding, protein fluff, mugcakes smoothies,, cookies are all things ive done with protein powder. Some are easier/healthier than others, but theres so many creative ways to use the stuff that it can go from disgusting crap to edible and enjoyable Personally I think you take any protein powder mix it with coconut flour baking powder splenda and skim milk toss in the microwave and itll taste pretty decent (if thanks to only the coconut flour)
