1 pointThis weekend I went shopping for clothes after yet another purge of the closet. I've gone from a 3XL shirt and 44 pants to a Large shirt and 34 pants! It still feels surreal. I'm 18 lbs from my goal weight and 4 lbs from moving from the obese category to "overweight." I'm down 70 lbs from my 10/16/17 surgery date, and 114 lbs down overall in a year.

Can't complain too much as I'm 405lbs and was 581lbs this time last year.

5 lbs away from a milestone that I've been trying to hit for years. Been in a little bit of a funk with the scale lately trying to hit 399lbs but I did lose 3 over night and on the bigger picture scale I was 581lbs this time last year so to be 405lbs I will take every bit of it.
