    Did your sex life change?

You mean like spanking and stuff? Oh yeah. Leather masks, ball gags, the works. My safe word is "Muscle Milk"

    Did your sex life change?

Probably shouldn't puzzle on this cause I've been widowed for 5 1/2 years but a lighter weight and slimmer body would help you get into the contortions you had trouble achieving before. My PCP, the impertinent elf, asked me recently "Are you still sexually active?" I looked him right in the eye and said "No -but I live in hope!" Score one for the Senior Team! 2 week liquid diet

Mine is not so,much worried about last minute forced weight loss with a liquid diet, he'd rather we have a balanced, low carb diet immediately prior to surgery. Surprised me too, I thought he would want the liver shrunk and the bowels relatively clear of fecal junk. Well you know what they say about assume my friends. This X 1,000,000,000. Hits the nail on the head. There are some rare cases where you hear about somebody really stretching their sleeve out, but I think these are extremely rare and/or the person had to seriously be punishing themselves to the point of misery to do that. I think it's easy for people to want to place the blame on the sleeve stretching because they don't want to admit the above - not eating proteins first, grazing all day long, reverting back to slider foods, etc. Head hunger sucks more than anything and that's a battle I'm always going to fight.

    4+ year Vet Starting Over

Maybe start by going back to the basics that you started with straight out of surgery. Go through the whole process again. I think one of the most important things for me is food prepping at the beginning of the week. To Ensure every time I go to grab something to eat it’s high protein in portion control amounts and the only thing I’m drinking at the moment is water and green tea. I’m struggling with 15 and I was sleeved in 2013. Good Luck
