Same for me. I’m thinnest on Wednesday. Usually by four pounds. I’m considering moving my official weigh in day from Friday to Wednesday after seeing this trend for a few weeks....

    I’m HUNGRY

Hey everyone! I had my surgery 21 days ago, and I am currently on the soft foods stage. I AM MISERABLE!!! If I eat anymore mashed potatoes, cream of wheat, or yogurt, I’m going to lose it. Is it too early to attempt to start eating solid foods? Or can anyone give me ideas of other things to eat?

    Ugh.. extra skin

@DianeJarrettand @LittleLizzieLilliput, ladies, I get where you both are coming from. Like both of you, I have lots of saggy, loose skin in different areas. Tons of it on my tummy. Very thin waistline, but the lower abdomen...oh boy, does it ever hang and droop there. I could probably wear a 10 or 12 if not for the lower abdomen area, but a 14 is fine. At least I don't wear a size 28 or 5x anymore! Yay! But, I honestly do not even care about the skin! Like LLL, I am proud to wear this skin, even though it is swinging to and fro. Stuff it in some nice stretchy jeans with a touch of spandex, or really anything else, and I look pretty darn good! I am just thrilled with the way I look, loose skin and all...happy that I've been able to make it this far. I do look back and think, geez, I used to be 334 lbs! I've lost a whole (small) person! I can do so many things I couldn't do before...loose skin...pffft! No, will never get any plastics. Nothing wrong with wanting plastics, just not my cup 'o tea. We're doing awesome ladies! Congratulations to you both.

I had lap band before for almost 10years, two surgeries last year alone, 4 wisdom teeth surgically removed that bled a lot. my Hematolgoist checked everything and it’s just from all that. I’m so much better now after the infusion all my numbers in a month alone jumped up. thanks were also keeping an eye on everything every 6 months.

Ok sorry for leaving you all hanging. I do not have cancer, that dr was being an arse. I went to a Hematolgoist and my Iron just was super low. I had an infusion and was great. I didn’t get my surgery right away since I had to give my body time to recover from the infusion and then my son has brought home every germ imaginable Lol. So after I’m well from this flu I’ll be going in. Again. Apologies about running off for awhile. That dr had me a mess.

    No caffeine? Ever?

Hot tea has more caffeine than coffee, doesn't it?

    Carbs

I eat carbs, usually try and keep it between 50-100 grams a day, so as long as it's part of your plan I don't see why not. I use tortillas for a lot of things including pizza crust, quesadillas, turkey tacos and just plain old wraps.
