    Drinking Protein

This might be a dumb question but do I need to drink my protien shake spread out or can I drink it within an hour? I just want to make sure it's getting absorbed and all that.

I'm thinkin' I'll be a March gal. No date yet. Guess I will find out more about the process in January. As far as clothes go...I'm still wearing my magic pants and apparently my magic shirts too. LOL. Good thing I like baggy loose clothing right? I'm gonna continue to beat that horse til I they come down around my ankles while I'm marchin down the boulevard! Then I will donate them. I'll probably shot at Goodwill or something like that for a while...

    Spicy food

I am 2 months post and spicy food doesnโ€™t bother me at all. I get heartburn almost like clockwork in the morn about an hour after I wake up afternoon between 1 and 2 and at night around 7. Doesnโ€™t matter what I eat so I know itโ€™s not spice related.

    Tone loose skin

Help! I had Gastric Bypass Feb 2016... I've lost 144lbs and I feel great. My current struggle is the lose skin, particularly in my stomach and thighs. It's not enough for skin removal surgery to be covered by insurance and I can't afford to pay out of pocket. I go to the gym at least 5 days a week. I try to focus on lifting weights and building muscle all over. Does anyone have any tips that they found helped them with tightening up the problem areas without surgery? Thank you.
