Good luck you two! As I read the OP's post, I kept hearing this song: "My traveling companion is 9 years old, he is the child of my first marriage..."

I second Baritastic. You can track vitamins, and it also syncs with my FitBit. You can also track weight and measurements if you want.

Me too! Actually just shy of 3 weeks. How are you doing on the purée diet? I had revision from lapband to bypass. Turns out there was an uncommon problem with my port. After 5 years it was causing pain and upon extraction they found some significant issues. Anyway looking to the future. Still sore with a lot of bruising but out and about doing a little Christmas shopping. Missing eating out with friends and the occasional margarita! Let me know how you’re doing!

I'm so sorry. How disappointing. You can do it again. Think of this as being the hernia repair surgery in preparation for your bypass. Best to you -

    Vet Search

I agree with those above. What works for one won’t work for all. We find different ways of managing our lives and bodies. Success is defined differently by everyone. It’s not black and white, this is a complicated long term commitment. A lot of doctors have changed their protocols and one surgeons strategy doesn’t always match up with another’s. Vets are qualified to give advice- because they have been through it.
