Torani (https://www.torani.com/) sells tons of sugar free coffee- house syrups. I have a whole "bar" set up in my house. This morning was Quest Caramel Powder, Coffee, sugar free chocolate syrup and ice in the blender. Some days its chocolate protien powder, 1 tablespoon of PB2, sugar free caramel and coconut milk - hello Snickers. I have both chocolate and peppermint at home right now, along with coconut, salted caramel, vanilla, black cherry and lemon. I use the black cherry and lemon in iced tea. I use the others with shakes or hot or cold coffee.

    Husband is pissed

I definitely understand! My partner has had some freak outs about this surgery. I've even posted about it. She is worried that I will want to find someone better or that I will cheat or just leave her once I lose all my weight. We've had several discussions now about it and I think her nerves are a little bit calmed down. I think they worry that because were changing and they are not that we are no longer going to want to be with them anymore. I've had to do a lot of reassuring. I have also had to explain that I am doing this for myself and for my health and to live a longer life with my partner. It has taken some time but she is now being much more supportive. If you ever want to talk I am always around!

Sounds good! I have been drinking Coffee Mate Sugar Free Peppermint Mocha creamer off and on for the last few months with 5.5 oz. of Premier Protein Chocolate RTD. Pretty good stuff. I never thought of adding the fiber in there. That is a great tip!

    Non-bariatric comments - vent

I just need to vent for a moment. Nearly everyone I've told about this surgery thinks they have some way to relate. What is it with people? If they've dieted, they think they know the same issues, or had another surgery, or ate baby food. Has anyone else had this? I'm glad I limited who I've told. This is annoying.[emoji36]

It looks like the spammers are trying to sell bogus diplomas to different universities.

just a spam attack. I hope moderators and techs are on it.

There's no need to be insulting, folks. I haven't yet been through this process, so I'm simply asking questions. Calling it 'bonkers' or implying that I'm too stupid to go to the ER when necessary is unnecessary rudeness on your part.

    Feel like crP

It has to do with how opiods effect the stomach, not restricting pain mangement. From what I've told. It is to prevent constipation and slowing of digestion along with other things. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G928A using BariatricPal mobile app
