    Vitamin Supplements 1st 3 Months

The vitamins come in a powdered disc like thing. So each day or 3x a day, from what I read, you turn it on and and GO or whatever and it dispenses water to mix with the powder vitamin from the disk as a 2 oz liquid. So you put your little cup under it, and drink it down and have your liquid vitamins for the am. So yes you fill with water. I don't own one, only the research I've done. They have a FB page.

I don't really get the Tespo concept -- why do you need the Keureg-like machine to dispense the liquid?

    Pregnant almost 3 months out

What you said was horrible. You should be ashamed. And you’re wrong, by the way. Pregnancy isn’t advised this soon, but it is most certainly not dangerous to mother or child. They tell you not to get pregnant because it derails your weight loss goals, NOT because you can’t get proper nutrition. This woman’s post needs to be reported. As of October 12, 2017, I am 4 months post op and have lost 100 pounds. I have reached my goal weight and could not be more ecstatic!

That is so freaking rude, how dare you fix your mouth to say such a thing. You should be ashamed of yourself and I hope you don't have children, you probably don't because you probably selfishly aborted them. I can't stand ignorance. Grow up Sent from my SM-N920T using BariatricPal mobile app

Intake varies depending on the type of food I eat, but generally about 3oz. No pains eating or drinking. I've always keep food down, but I make sure when I'm full I stop eating.

I'm just over 2 months out and I've been stalled for almost 3 weeks. I think this is a pretty normal thing so don't let it get into your head. Up your protein and water, take your vitamins, and soon you should see the scale move. Like others have mentioned, my clothes are still getting looser and I can see my face slimming down. Also - get off that scale! Best thing I ever did...I weighed every day for a month and a half and the stress of a stalled scale was really affecting me.
