    TODAY I HIT 50lbs lost I am super happy and excited to be at my 50lb loss at 6 weeks out !!!!!

    So grateful I was able to have this procedure. 5 1/2 months out and 61 lbs down so far and feeling good. Still learning what I can and cannot eat. Wish I had not been afraid to have this procedure sooner. Only down side is hair loss but I was informed it may occur. Added Zinc and Magnesium to vitamin regimen so I hope that helps.     Hello everyone it's been so long since I've been on this site I'm still eating healthy enjoy life loving me I'm down to 135 lbs now and for everyone that's just starting stay motivated you can do it!!

    There is a hill that is along my bike route to work. Everyday I ride, I take that hill. Today was the first time that I made it to the top without having to stop. I am getting stronger a bike rider. My calories for today are 672 but that does not include dinner. I will be buying Standard Gold Whey Protein Powder to add to my fruit smoothies. 1 scoop is like 26g of protein (Something that is much needed as I am trying to build muscle). I am having a hard time increasing my protein intake in the form of food lately. I just have not been hungry. Things I am adding to my diet to see if I can take them: 1) Whey Protein 2) Dannon Oikos Triple Zero Also, I have started doing mediation to help alleviate some stress. I retain weight when I am stressed out. It also causes pain in my neck and back because that is where I hold all my tension. I also want to be flexible and by relaxing myself, I am able to stretch and bend a lot easier.

    Maybe I am just impatient, but it has been 4 weeks and 4 days since my Psych appt... My program will not let me do anything else until (no NUT or UGI or anything) until they get those results and get them approved... this is frustrating... i only have 3 weeks until i have my last weigh in and i was hoping to have the rest done by then so they could file my insurance... I tried to call today but they are apparently closed for Columbus day. UGH vent over thanks

    I met with my surgeon on Thursday (October 5th). Surgery day has been scheduled! I'm going for surgery on 11/14. Woo-hoo!

    I fit into a size 12 ya'll. A SIZE 12!!!! OMG!!! Yes. I only lost 2.2 lbs but I dropped 2 dress sizes. I have to get a 14 in pants because my butt is big and the 12 wont go past my booty. This week is buffalo chicken for lunch and breakfast is turkey bacon and eggs. That is small bag of ranch (1 tbsp).

    I am happy with the results but the brain hunger is really messing with me........I even had a dream about a large Italian sandwich with the works🍔 ugh I want everything in sight it's awful......I conferred witha coworker who was also sleved but shes a year out already and I asked have she as able to eat "real" good she said about 3 months out😱😱 she did howver not to go into old bad habits cause you will find yourself eating throughout the day and the lbs will start to creep up......I just need to hold out atleats till thanksgiving but oooooh it's Hard!!!!!!

    It's my two-month RNY surge-versary and here's what's different: -I'm down almost 80 lbs -I actually have an appetite -It's easier to eat--I don't approach it with dread and it doesn't take forever to eat 3 bites -I feel normal: sometimes even almost forget that I have had surgery and have to remind myself to slow down and take smaller bites -I can add all foods, slowly, and have only had an issue with green peas, so far. -My energy level is almost normal -I made it through the busiest and most physically exhausting time at work these past through weeks, and I was fine.
