    Massive Energy

    Since my weight has come down I'm waking up early morning with massive amounts of energy it's like nothing I've ever experienced before, I'm walk-run-sprinting for 10 kilometres and returning home and lifting weights for 30 mins and still cannot sit or relax due to the amount of energy running through me, normally this has been happening between 8am -9.30am then goes away, anyone else experienced this?

    Was not depressed but I did feel like garbage for about a week after surgery. After about a week I started feeling better and have been getting better week by week. I will be returning to work in a few days and can not wait to get back to my routine!

    Now it just seems so hopeless

    Does the program have a non surgical weight loss program too? Perhaps they can enroll you in that in the meantime. Also, have you verified your own insurance? Do they really have that requirement or is that just what the surgeon threw out there? Just keep trying until you find a Dr that doesn't leave you feeling hopeless. That is not their job.     Are you on a laptop or desktop? If so, then in the top bar that shows your name, right next to your name it says "create" that has a dropdown menu, and ticker is at the bottom.

    Inches vs pounds

    I believe this to be true. I stalled a few months ago and saw no weight loss on the scale but my clothes got very loose. This kept me going and after a few weeks I had a tremendous difference on the scale. Hang in there it will happen.

    Eating out for the first time

    Best bet in any restaurant is shrimp cocktail. Pure protein. Appetizers cost less and right portion size. Grilled octopus, mussels. Etc.. always protein . At Italian restaurant chicken dishes rule.
