I actually walked into the ER. The orderly bringing me accidentally brought me into the wrong theatre... saw someone out on the table in the middle of a procedure and was like "huh that doesn't seem right..." Probably would have terrified the **** out of me but I'd just had a couple ativan so I was juuuuust fiiiiine.

I'm asking if anyone else did, because when I was being wheeled in, I sang the first verse and chorus of La Marseillaise.

    September Sleevers

good for you- congratulations.. I am on day 12 my surgery is Wednesday.. the hardest part for me has been "chewing" or the lack thereof .. Pretty hard to chew jello - Ice chips and popsicles seem to satisfy it.. but none of those at the office..

    Stuck

According to my NUT, you kind of just have to wait out a stall but if I were eating real food I should take a look at the quality of food I was eating. I'm assuming you are not on solids yet so I'd suggest talking to your NUT or surgeon for advise and/or peace of mind. I feel like the BM issue is normal too. We aren't exactly consuming a lot of fiber.

    Free of Sugar Free

I too always had bad headaches with artificial sweeteners. Also learned years ago on the FDA website, that they're linked to causing symptoms of 90+ diseases..always hated putting that kind of thing in my body. Never liked the taste either. Tried stevia once, it's still up in my pantry. Call me an exception though, I don't do artificial. If I want sweet, I use honey or agave and regular creamer for me coffees. Gasps! 😱 Lol

Thank you for your concern! But I promise, I'm just fine I eat as much as my sleeve allows - pretty much every two hours. From what I read on these boards, I seem to have a much smaller sleeve than most - which is fine with me! I'm doing great, running half marathons, all my labs are normal, and I don't deny myself a shared slice of cheesecake on date night, haha. It's not so much "caloric restriction" as it is "I eat almost all the time and this is what my sleeve can hold"
