Heyyyyyy guys... hope everyone is doing great in there weightloss journeys. It's been a struggle since march 23 when my beloved band (tina) was taken from me.... god i miss that minks.... I didn't realize how much she kept me from feeling hungry all the time. I find my self grazing more and making some bad choices. i've put back a few, but still fitting in my size 4 jeans. Monday starts a new exercise program and im getting these few lbs off On other news..... It looks like i will be moving to Madison, ms.... very nice town just north of Jackson. Tim (the guy i have been dating for the past 8 month) has been promted to the corp office for Enetergy. He's buying a house up there and has asked me to move in with him..... and i say...Why the hell not. It's only 3.5 hours from my home now... so still close to family. Miss you guy.... if anyone wants to email me.... christina2315dd@yahoo.com .... i check that all the time. xoxo chris

    BMI Too High--Help!

Does your Bariatric Center offer a non surgical weight loss program? That could be a great place to start, and when you lose the 90 lbs, you can see the Bariatric Dr. There are people who lose without exercise, but you should still do as much as you can. I know it feels like you might starve on weight watchers, but you won't. Have you tried a counselor? Lots of people have said it really helped change their mindset about food. You can do this! If it seems overwhelming, make a small change, then another, then another. Take one day at a time and convince yourself you can do this. Wishing you the best. Chipotle is life~

I've eaten there but there is no way I could eat anything bigger than that kids pack minus the tortillas. It is super yummy and has really good options for WLSers..

    Salad anyone?

I'm betting after you have that first salad, you won't be craving them quite so much. Lettuce is not only nutritionally worthless, is will go right through you. Of course, if you are battling constipation that could be a good thing. Kale, arugula, and cabbage make a far healthier salad that will stick with you a little longer, are far more nutritional dense, and high enough in fiber to help keep you regular.

    Worried About Wife

I think you have a right to be worried. It sounds like she is developing some very dangerous habits. Try to get her family doctor involved. She should go in for a checkup that includes a urine test (to check for dehydration), as well as bloodwork that tests for vitamin deficiencies. If the doctor finds things wrong, then it is medical advice she is exposed to, rather than a nagging husband I'm 3 months postop, and eat/drink ALL THE TIME.. and my bloodwork just came back . Deficient in vit. D and A. A!!!! You know.. carrots! Craziness. You did right, looking around for help. [Pat on the back]..

    Hip pain

Sounds like bursitis. It is inflamation of the bursa. Ice helps and rest. I have had it for years. Sent from my SM-G935P using BariatricPal mobile app
