    Skin Or Fat

Are you near goal weight? I always heard to wait until your goal weight has maintained for 6 months

I relate to this, a lot. I was always a people pleaser, never stood up for myself because I felt it was the only way to get people to like the fat me. It's taken a while but I have learned to be assertive, and not to undermine my own happiness by giving in to others. I am far from mean, but I am not the apologetic, submissive person who was always hiding her light and letting others shine. Counselling is a great option if the transition gets rocky. Best of luck!

@jwinters19 When you get smaller, the VS leggings and fabletics do a great job. Since you are still in plus sizes and losing... Danskin Compression leggings from Walmart perform very well, fit well and hold everything in. https://www.walmart.com/search/?cat_id=0&facet=clothing_size%3A2XL&query=danskin+compression+leggings&typeahead=danskin+compression#searchProductResult You want high waist and since you are still losing, order down a size from what you wear right now, so they last you longer. They have stretch and snapback so if they have to work a little harder at first it will be okay. I always get high waist leggings for maximum control.

RNY here....i noticed a decline in dumping at 19 months. Now I very rarely dump. If I dump it's not from sugar but from Sucralose which can be found in some sugar free foods. I dumped from sugar free cookies but I can eat normal sugar cookies. I could probably not eat a full slice of chocolate cake but I can have a few bites. Not cause of dumping but because it just wouldn't feel good in stomach too much sugar and fat.

Pretty much mirroring what everyone else is saying. I tend to order lean proteins and veggies. I usually get something I wouldn't mind eating a second time, as the leftover has become my best friend. If i go to a steak house, steak and broccoli. If i go to an italian place, grilled chicken parm with veggies instead of pasta, mexican, chicken or steak fajitas but just don't eat the wraps, seafood grilled fish or shrimp and something green, usually broccoli. Pub and bar food, naked wings. Breakfast joints, steak and eggs. Fast food, grilled chicken sandwich but just eat the meat, or a salad. I try not to eat fried foods in general but once in a while if your stomach can take it, its ok. I know I can handle say a chicken nugget, but my body can't handle fried fish of any kind. Good luck to you!

I have tried grape, blue and green ones. I'm glad that the gym I work out at sells them but GNC and Vitamin Shoppe sell them too where I live. I like them VERY cold

Has anyone had isopure protein juice??

They have them at single in single bottle form for about $3.99. Sometimes they'll be on sale. I've tried Alpine Punch and I couldn't finish it. To me, it has a really weird, bitter aftertaste that made my mouth feel chalky. I'd suggest going and getting a single bottle and seeing if you like it!
