I was at or near 200 at 15 months out. It's been a slow few months because I have been recovering from a torn rotator cuff and couldn't do much. The further out you get the slower the weight loss goes. It still goes, just very VERY slow.
Hi I had surgery three weeks ago...experiencing some not so pleasant things unfortunately...first severe spasms any time i drank anything...that got better and now anything that is not liquid is making me sick..so sick that i actually threw up...anyone else experience any of this...feeling a little depressed...only one i know who this has not gone smoothy for.
3 months out and i drink pretty normal, i cant chug a whole bottle in mins like i was able too but i dont have to sip anymore. Sent from my SM-G930P using BariatricPal mobile app
It will get a little better each day but it will not happen overnight. It took me 6 months until I reached my happy state when most of the problems seemed to melt away.
I was sleeved the 11the also! Ya in going to see if I can get my primary doc to rx some liquid Omeprazole. I've been using the Insides of the capsules but it's so gross I can't tolerate well. If was also in the hospital for two days from vomiting. I can't believe I've read that people are tempted to eat this early. I don't even want go drink! I am trying to make sure I get the liquids and I think your right on the yogurt. I'm gonna just stop that since it seems to be making it worse. Thanks for the advice!
yes....no longer having the spasms so fluids are not a problem....was on soft foods this week but my stomach does not seem ready...plus i feel like i should be loosing a bit more..guess i'm just anxious since i haven't felt great from the beginning. hopefully this too shall pass. i feel hopeful listening to other peoples success stories
