    Feeling sooooooooo good

I am so happy I did this; I haven’t felt this good and a very long time. I had my surgic done on December 27 2016 and as of today March 30, 2017 I have lost a total of 50 pounds. I thought before I would have trouble eating right, but believe me when I tell you the evil food that I use to love it’s not a problem don’t even want it like fry chicken, bread, and lots of sweets after all food is only a mind thing.

    Post-Op rash??

If it is only on your abdomen, it could be a reaction to the antiseptic they painted on.

    Gastric Sleeve

I got the patches esp after the surgery pre eating phase, worth it for piece of mind. Looking back I would not be able to have eaten much for the first month, so it was a good fit , better than taking nothing.
