    I had the sleeve done on March 15th. Surgery went smooth I was released the next day I haven't had any issues with Nausea or vomiting, my urine is clear in color, and have been taking in fluids with zero problems, My only concern is always feeling lightheaded is this Normal ??? And I'm constantly feeling hungry I'm in Stage 2 Full Liquids when does everything become normal !!!! I'm feeling really low plus the scale is not moving what am I doing wrong ?

    I have Cigna as well but mine is based in Florida. My requirements are 4 months with my dietician and a BMI of 40 or > since I don't have any medical conditions. My last appointment with my dietician is this Thursday. Hoping I'll find out my surgery date at this appointment or soon after. If you like I can let you know how the turn around is since it's almost the same except a month more for me. Wishing you the best!

    I hear ya why is the last 20 always the hardest to lose I really had a misconception about how the weight would fall off I go to gym 5x a week it will be a year next week

    Food suggestions

    Genpro it's a powder , mixes well in almost everything. You can find it on line or at GNC. It doesn't have any flavoring andded to it. The only thing I found that it doesn't mix well with ice cold drinks.

    Low carb or everything in moderation?

    Average calorie intake per day? You say 70-85g carb but how much for protein and fat? Many thanks x I get between 850-950 calories/day. Today was balanced 30/30/40 ish so it was 77grams carb, 32grams fat 88 grams protein. If you use a macro plan it doesn't really matter what your calories are. It works at 600 calories and 1200 calories. Because it is percentage based. Just have to set your macro goals in my fitnesspal and do your meal planning from there. Today my fiber was 25 grams. So net carbs were 52. Am travelher on myfitnesspal if you want to look at my diaries.
