3 week stall is real

My surgery was on 12/13/16. I first month I lost 29 pounds. Then I stalled for 3 weeks! It was so frustrating. Finally my stall broke today with a 4 pound loss. Don't give up, just keep going. Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App -
1 pointI believe you made the best decision in your life. your still early in your journey so you have to get rid of that mindset. Stop looking at all the things you cant have. be creative when it comes to preparing meals with the foods you can have. also never compare your journey to someone's else especially Oprah lol. Stay encouraged its all uphill from here

1 point@@bayougirlmrsc Thanks so much! I am actually terrible at updating my pictures. That one in my before and after pics is over a year old already. I did update my profile picture today, mostly because I look a lot different than the one I had posted. I am still not good about having my pictures taken. I had to go peek at your before and after pics as well. First, you were very beautiful even before your transformation. After...vavavoom! You look fabulous!

1 point@@gowalking No offense taken whatsoever. I have seriously walked into a room full of people who know me and they did not know me. I had to tell them who I was so i get it. I have learned to have my husband with me these days because if he is with me, they sometimes make the connection. Even then, he has had someone pull him aside and ask where his wife is. LOL. I am ok with it.
