Everyone relax. Most people have these same experiences and feelings. If it was as easy as sticking to a diet and never cheating, none of us would have ever needed the surgery. If you can stick to your pre surgery diet and exercise it will enhance your overall success and jump start your weight loss. Just do the best you can and stop beating yourself up. Drink your water and try to drink some protein drinks so you develop a taste for them and start walking every day. The rest will take care of itself.
