I think you are doing great! Just wondering do you have to have the shake they gave you? My shake is Premiere chocolate which has 30 grams of protein, I heard if you up your protein that should curb your appetite also drink at least 64 oz of water. I use crystal light and add protein (unjury unflavored) to my water for added protein, Check with your doctor first. I had my RNY on 7/16 and fee great. Went to my doctor for the two week post op and lost 6 inches overall. My incisions are completely healed and I'm clear to go swimming again. I heard the more protein you take in the better you'll heal after. Good luck and hope this helps.
