I can attest to all of that because I was going to do it. I lost more then 60% of my weight. It's all about choices and what we choose to do. It will not come off all by its self and you have to work at it. For those that didn't and have no appetite or want food then good for you but for the most part most of us worked hard. I never cheated one day while losing and that is why I reached my goal. Patience and honesty will get you where you need to be. -
