Aren't you on a PPI? I had to sign a paper before surgery that I would probably have acid reflux after surgery and I do. I am 9 months out and occasionally stop the pill to see if it is gone and within 2 days I have to take it again.

The veggies you chose are ones very hard to digest. Are they on your food plan this early out? Keep things very soft and easy to digest. Your stomach is not healed at the earliest 6 weeks.
I like the term "candy sober"! I have been sugar sober for over a month and hope to be forever!! Don't get down on yourself for making a couple mistakes, just get back on track in the gym and eat better. You're doing well, so keep it up!
Happy two-month Bandiversary! I am still pre-band and can't wait to get there. One of the things I'm really looking forward to is losing enough weight to be able to exercise more comfortably. I know I need the outlet of exercise to help me manage stress (treadmill on incline seems to release those hormones), and I know once that cycle really kicks in then it's such a healthy time for the body. Lose weight = able to exercise = lose more weight = HEALTH! Good luck with everything. I think you're doing great. Two months out is baby steps and you are making great progress. Go Adrienne!
