    I start Monday! Hang in there. As a "kick-off", I had a protein shake for lunch. Yes, YUK! LOL. We can do this!

    Wow - all good stuff! Really like your morning smoothie recipe - stealing it. I hadn't heard about the restriction being more obvious with solid foods. I'm still on liquids and sharing many of your previous fears. As for your trick with the denim capris, perhaps if you lie about something and they catch fire?

    Sleeved In Mexico Thursday 11/15!

    Thx so much, I am going through Beliteweight and my doctor is Dr. Rodriquez. I leave Wednesday night and I come back on Saturday. This was the best option for me financially so I did my research decided Mexico would be my best option. I'm going alone so I'm real nervous. I just hope everything goes smoothly with no problems.

    Sleeved On Thursday 11/15!

    OH... and make sure you have all your food that you will need for the first 2 weeks so you don't have to send someone out to get you the wrong thing. Clear Liquids only (Chicken, Veg, and Beef Broth, Decaf Tea and Coffee-no creamer, Spenda, Crystal light, sugar free apple cider, sugar free popsicles) and protein shakes with at least 20 grams of protein per serving. Don't even think you can have bread, rice, or pasta. All three will expand in your stomach and could possibly cause a leak. Also I did liquid vitamins for the first 2 weeks but you can do chrewable tablets (no gummies).
