I LOVE pickled green beans. The recipe I use is from the Ball Canning Blue Book. It's called Dilly Beans, and if you look it up you're sure to find many tasty recipes. Traditionally, Dilly Beans have cayenne pepper, garlic, and dill. Yummy.
Yes @ Rox, feel free to use them. I actually borrowed a few from someone else. It's kind of hard thinking about what you would like to do once you get smaller.
Thanks, but it seems like time is crawling for me. I am both anxious and excited about the surgery. I have a desk job and it seems like I am getting up every 15 minutes to move around and work off some nervous energy.
