    Monthly Check-in

Loved this blog,aj. I like you, have a hard time figuring out if it is head hunger, or real hunger. I too, need to be better at bite sizes and timing. Congratulations on maintaining your weight and thank you for sharing your thoughts, so we can learn from them. You do belong on Success Way!

    Needs vs. Wants

Nice post! I never really dissected the change in my brain but that is exactley what is happening to me as well. The other day I had a fruit smoothie for breakfast (this was only because I had zero time to cook protein) but when I got to lunch....I was not only famished....I actually said to myself, "oh boy...I need some protein". Not even sure when that switch happened. Thanks for making me aware of the change! Yay us!

    HUNGRY HEAD

yep, there is such a thing as head hunger. i found that out to be true on my liquid pre op...i still have it...now if i (think) i am hungry, i drink to see if i am......but if i am hungry, i eat... 45 is worth bragging. next time put it in ALL CAPS

    Ugly Bruises

i had bruises for about a month (i also had to take 2 shots per day in my tummy for blog clots) so i looked like i got beat up in a gang jump in. it does get better..great weight loss so far. as the swelling subsides, you will be able to eat/drink more..just make the best choices. sounds as if you are doing GREAT. keep it up. ps-i dreaded going back to work and i was exhausted after that first day. operations, major ones, do take alot out of you.

Any other name suggestions? @Bridget Alati @Jenhort @ mlkthomas @indy9771 @ISleevedIt @DrmBig4Evr Here are some youtube vids that I found for each move we have to do for the month of April: Burpees Wall Sits Squats
