    Wow that's a very interesting article!! I actually do tend to eat bananas if I need an afternoon snack, after reading that I may have to start having a half an apple instead. I also find it interesting that brown pasta, apples, and oranges have more satiety than beef! Thanks for sharing

    Eating to fast will make you feel that away my Dr said it takes about 4mos for the stomach to get back on track you had a surgery that remove 85% of your stomach out time will help but get all of your protein In I have to get 65g-70g a day Good Luck!! I also use my timer on my Iphone to help me to slow down..

    I'm so impressed by everyone's positive experiences! Sounds like you're doing fine! My daughter started making a dip for apple slices that's really good, and lo-cal too! Ingredients: vanilla yogurt (lo cal, or plain yogurt with vanilla and Splenda) peanut butter Splenda brown sugar - just a bit for flavor We make it in big servings and keep on hand, but for one apple, use about 1/2 cup yogurt, 1 tbsp. of peanut butter, and 1 or 2 tsp. brown sugar. Mix well and enjoy.
