I think that we have all been there, I found myself doing the same on sunday ... I love middle eastern food , Kababs , hummus , rice , bread , my husband took me out for dinner , I orderd my food , knowing of course that I could only take a few bites and I was gonna take the left overs home ( which would be the entire plate ) .
I took a few bites at the restaurant , I was full after like 4-5 .... took the rest to go , later that evening I opend the cooler and took the food out again , and took a few more bites , did it twice . I have done pretty good since I was sleeved Nov 13 , 2012 .... lost 47 lbs , but in the past 2 weeks or so , I been feeling hungry more frequently , I am trying to have self control by carrying with me some sugar free peach cups 60 cal , but I wonder if its actual cravings or all in the mind.
