I do eat pizza, just not like I use to. Someone recently was putting down the band and not being told about medications. I was told I would need vitamins, minerals, B12 and fish oil. These were mentioned more than once and I take all chewables and they taste fine. Also mentioned was having their gall bladder out, that was one of the pre op tests. I had mine removed 38 years ago so I didn't need it done. -

Sorry to hear about your father. Glad to see you're getting back on track.I was not an exercise person either but I joined a gym with my husband and we both love it and enjoy going almost every day. We push each other. Maybe you can find a push me peron, too. -
