GREEK OR YOPLAIT... WHICH ONE HAS MORE PROTEIN

Greek yogurt I like the Fage Greek yogurt personally. Soft scrambled eggs, laughing cow cheeses, shredded chicken the dark meat is actually softer but use the beast if you prefer you just need to boil it longer so its real tender. Cottage cheese, oatmeal, cream of rice, mashed potatoes, (sweet or regular). Overly cooked veggies and then mash them, mashed banana. I did a lot of soups mostly veg and chicken broth. That's mostly all I did. Let me just say this if you cheat you will regret it . Lol!! Your brain will say i can eat that and then your stomach will remind you no you can't. I been there and done that. After I slimed for a while and then threw up I was back on track. Lol!! I'm sure everything will go well for you wishing you the best. Just take it slow. Jenipher

    Truth or Consequences

I feel the same way as both of you. There have been a couple of women in other departments that have had bariatric surgery in the past years and this one woman constantly cuts them down for doing something "so ignorant" and " taking the easy way out". While she is about 60lbs overweight herself and pays for a gym membership for over a year and hasn't been there once and says she can't understand why she can't lose weight because she says she really doesn't eat that much or bad things while I watch her come in with Burger King or Wendy's for lunch and snacks on microwave buttered popcorn everyday for a snack!!! BUT this woman feels she can cut down other people that have decided to take control over their weight issues and finallyput a stop to the insanity! This woman is just one of many with the same opinion as others which is exactly why we find it hard to tell the " whole" truth. I would love to be able to be 100% truthful and open as this really goes against my natural grain of being honest and open to a fault but IT IS ME...It doesn't make us dishonest, wrong or indifferent...it's just the society that we live in...a form of self preservation and what we all have to deal with...

202lbs and on my way to Kauai

Have a great time!! Just imagine how much better this vacation will be without the extra weigh. I know my first plane ride after my surgery was exciting as I was so much more comfortable in the seat and had to tighten my seatbelt even more. Flaunt that new body. You have worked for it.

    Anticipation

Wow, we never discussed things but we have quite a bit in common. I have a son that is 16 ( I had him at 15) and a daughter that is 3. Because of complications during child birth, I was told that I shouldn't have anymore kids but I want a shot at doing it the right way. I want to be excited and have a husband that is excited and enjoy the pregnancy. I know the time is dragging and at this point, I think I know what I need to know. By the time you have your surgery, half of these people will not be on here but I will. hugs!
