Thank you so much for your responses. I am going to start taking my B-12 again (sub lingual). What is is Q 10? I will be getting my food ready for a gluten free diet. I will try it for about two weeks then I will let you know! I have an appointment to see my surgeon on the 16th. Thank you again!

Sorry to hear you're feeling not-so-great. A lot of the symptoms sound like Celiac Disease. Including the anemia. Maybe try cutting ALL gluten out for a few weeks and see what happens? I have a friend who is gluten-free and she swears it was almost miraculous how much better she feels now. best of luck to you!

3 Weeks Post Op today :)

Thanks Tia! I am a week out and is good -- I think anyway -- to know what is coming so that as it does I have information on the fact that this is normal and will go away so I don't have to worry about it when it comes. You go girl! We shall see this through it's natural course and be better for it!

Sounds to me like gluten intolerance. I have it and all of your symptoms are associated with a gluten intolerance. I would definitely go gluten free and make sure that's what it is. Anemia is a symptom also. Good luck in finding the source of your problems.

Exhausted, sick frequently and scared, help!

Try really really hard to drink your water. My father recently experienced itchiness, dizziness (He fell at a restaraunt even), confusion and fatigue. After NUMEROUS tests on his heart, brain, etc. and bloodwork they discovered he was chronically dehydrated. A few IV bags of fluids over a weeking and 64 oz of water a day and he's back to normal. This was all discovered 3 weeks ago and he even played golf today. See if your doctor will order and IV fluid boost to get you started. My dad felt better immediately after 2 bags of fluids. Good luck and keep us posted.

I will have to try this but like Lisa said I may try it with the chocolate pudding mix instead of making the pudding and add extra milk. I have some greek yogurt that I can't eat with out doctoring it up.

2 weeks post op-- and stalled?

Lydia, I'm having lots of luck with greek yogurt for protein. I've been going over my 60 grams of protein daily, while staying below 1000 calories a day. I do one shake, and then go for tuna, shrimp, and greek yogurt for the main source of protein. And the scale is moving in the right direction again!
