I have learned a lot from you and others on this site. Thank you all. I try to help others with my journey even though it is shorter than yours. Each of us have learned through our own progress and failures. Tonight I was full and wanted something but had nothing because I don't want to fail. Thank you again for your views and pics of your surgeries.

i feel you flo and i am so glad to know you and call you a friend. i get pm's also and answer and then after i offer whatever i can to encourage or suggest, its crickets. i guess sometimes i hit a nerve with my straight talking no BS answers, but i wasted enough time with doing that. so, not much we can do. so on behalf of everyone, thank you for being you and encouraging everyone on this forum. whether or not some thank you or not, i sure do. so please accept that from me on behalf of those who do not say it.

I must admit it truly brings joy and happiness way down from the insides when you see results and the beautiful thing is if you and I and the millions of people(maybe exxagerating on the numbers) stay the course for the rest of our lives we can truly enjoy being healthy and feeling Fantastic every day!!! AWESOME good for you!! Isn't it a GREAT feeling? Since the surgery - I've had to clean out my closet 3 times.. and I'm with 2012 who tries on all the clothes in the closet and throwing the clothes on the floor when they don't fit... yep awesome, accomplished feeling when you see that pile growing.. clothes too big? FABULOUS!! Keep up the good work!! and have fun shopping!! Clearance racks are the best!!

Your making excellant progress, half this journey and battle is learning and making improvements in our lifestyles. I do a lot of shopping in the 75% off sale racks along the way. But cleaning out the closet is excellant. I did keep one out fit, I wanted one reminder of how big I really once was. You have a great outlook and very positive attitude, you will reach your goal.

I very much believe it, not just with surgery but with all things in life. I believe when it comes to health matters in particular, your outlook and optimism play a huge role.

I truly believe it. You are what you believe yourself to be. You keep telling yourself you're a failure, you're going to fail. I know it's biblical, but can't think of the scripture right now. Talk it into exsistence, whether good or bad. I believe!

I believe it. Having a positive attitude can do amazing things and positive attitudes come from happy people. At least thats my opinion.

yes. When I had my business I had some sayings on my wall. There was one about be with happy people, you will be happy. Be with sad people, you will be sad. It also was about successful people and non etc. I do believe it.
