Good thoughts AJ... been there and doing that now. I would still like to lose about 8-10 more pounds, but I have been where I am now for 5 months. Guess that's what the body likes! Good luck in maintenance. You have all the tools! -

How tall are you? Iam 5' 2 and 208 and most people I know who have had the sleeve lost 40-50 in 3 mos, but I guess it also depends on the person as well.
