Week 26 (And Finally At 50 Pounds Lost!)

Oh and as far as shopping, I bought over $200 worth of clothes at Burlington Coat Factory last weekend. Their prices were amazing, it was like 4 bags total. Shirts/blouses for work, sweaters, some jewelry, some lingerie And I bought another goal dress, size 14. It's a straight cut so it is realllllllly tight over my hips. Hope I can wear it in a few months

Week 26 (And Finally At 50 Pounds Lost!)

Awesome! Congrats!!! That is a great week's loss. I lost 2 this week making my total 56.6. I worked out 5 days last week so I think that helped. I'm leaving for vacation next Wednesday (my weigh-in day) so I would like to lose a little before I go away. I'm already planning to do a "back to basics" clean eating when I get back. I need to really work hard to get these pounds off now. I'm still eating too many sweets. I can't believe tomorrow is our 6 month surgiversary <3

    I Give Up

Giving Up Is Not An Option! (Yes, I am saying this extremely firm). You have come to far to let a food issue defeat you! The issue with food is what motivated you the get your sleeve. As one of the previous post stated:"The sleeve will not let you give up". You will not get a 85% refund back. The stomach you use to have is long gone. Some of us have trouble knowing what to eat and some do not. My battle with the diet is called,"Their trials and my error!" My nutritionist has suggested that I attempt different items in my phase, and since I'm in between "creamies" and "purees"...all I can say is "Lord Have Mercy". I just read labels and try the items. Somethings work and some don't. You getting the sleeve is only the introduction to a lifestyle change; now you have to work on your critical thinking process and realize that your focus has to be positive and not just about the weight, your in-takes nor your outputs. Drink your fluids, eat what you can tolerate while monitoring the nutritional factors, and most of all...one day at a time. We all have ups and downs, but the problem comes when the moods like the foods are excessive. Take baby steps and it's alright if you want to go back to crawling; the process is long but ohhhhh soooo rewarding. Don't Give Up Take a Walk and Eat a Sugar-Free Popsicle or a spoon of peanut butter...You see, that's works for me. Now you have to find your niche, but I won't mind if you borrow mine. Enjoy the new you no matter what...Congrats on the SLEEVE!
