    Skin Brushing...just Started This Routine.

Skin brushing feels great, when someone else is doing it. I used to get it at as a spa treatment. I have been looking for a good cactus brush, but can't find one for less than $35. I think you have a great odds on your side with the youth/length of time. I am not s lucky, but am still hopeful. I am also adding the Dove replenishing/rejuvenating body wash to my routine. I scrub with the loofah, just like the dry brushing routine. Can't hurt.

Patience...wish I Had Some Of That!

I have ordered clothes that will fit me around my goal. I use them as inspiration to eat right, and as something to look forward to. I had part of the clothes from a ways back when I had lost the weight but then gained it back, plus some more. I bought a few pairs of CUTE levi's at a resale shop to hang around my closet to have for a goal. I enjoy knowing that eventually i WILL wear those jeans....

Not Bouncing Back Like I Thought

Your body has been through great trauma. Please don't hold your recovery against it. We all heal differently and have different post-op experiences. One who did not experience an allergy and vomitting will likely settle in a bit easier. Everything I've read tells me that this too shall pass. It will get easier. We must believe this. I am almost a month out, and am getting on okay, but suffer extreme fatigue by the end of the work day and struggle to stay awake while driving home. It is horrible! I am choosing to believe this is only temporary. Wishing you WELL, dear.

    4 Days Postop--10 Lbs Down!

10lbs that is totally cool I hope I am that lucky. I am still waiting to be approved. The wait is what is so hard. I am doing Weight Watchers until I know I am approved. I lost 6lbs this week. I still want my surgery now.
