I'm not sure if there is a recommended time frame for measurements that I am unaware of, however, in my opinion, I would say every 30 pounds or so, or every couple of months would be a good time frame in order to see results and walk away feeling positive. I'm sorry to hear you had such a bad experience eating too fast. I hope I don't forget and do the same! We all make mistakes, so I guess you just have to chalk it up to "lesson learned"!
