That's awesome!! I agree, it sounds like you're differently very close. I'd stick to small fills from here out because I have feeling you could jump the Green Zone into too tight very easily because you are so close.

With Gastric Bypass and the Sleeve you can actually re-stretch your stomach and gain back weight if you're not careful. I have two friends that got each procedure, lost all kinds of weight in the first year and gained back at least half if not all of it by the 3 yr mark. I would say though that the sleeve seems like the way to go if your gonna revise because at least they aren't playing with your intestines, although cutting off a chunk of my stomach doesn't sound like much fun either. I would say that as far as less invasive surgery and recovery time you would be better off having them fix the band, but in the end it is a very personal choice and I wish you luck!

    4 Months After Surgery

OMG! I laughed so hard, I nearly peed my pants. I so know exactly what you're talking about. I am currently a 44 DD/DDD and I am having my surgery 6/19. I actually want mine to go away so they will probably stick around. I'm not worried about the nips looking at the floor because they already do and have for years. (I got too big too fast as an adolescent) I'm thinking some lifting, nipping & tucking may be in my future but we'll see what happens first. Keep up the great work on your blogs. I really enjoy reading what you have to say.

10 Hours Til My Band Day!!!

Good luck. I am excited for you. Right now I have an appointment scheduled next week and I can't wait to find out more on my situation. I am nervous to because if insurance says no I won't be able to have it.

    Pms Made Me Do It

I already take omeprazole daily and it hasn't seemed to help me too much today or yesterday. I have been trying to get more healthy snacks for when I nibble (meaning an already cut apple, or other fruit or veg) My roasted chick peas do help and I get the sweet and salt from them (I use splenda brown sugar (only 2tbs for two big cans) and a little salt) I am going to make sure I don't go buck crazy and that I stay within my daily calorie intake....but sometimes I do miss being able to eat what ever I wanted....I don't miss feeling the way I did after and that's why I went through with this. It's a learning process and for only being two months in, I think I'm doing ok....at least I see the issues and am trying to change them. Also, I agree that I should take care of my husband this weekend.....he deserves it.

I appreciate your post and about sex after surgery, which helps me as I am almost two months out from my surgery. So having to wait another 30 days will be worth the wait. I have a great spouse as he says he wants me to bee healthy and wants my body to heal properly. Oh, by the way your post was not inappropriate at all and I can say I have already started better flexibility in her body as i was able to bend and reach diffrent items unlike before.

What You Haven't Lost All The Weight Yet?

Thank you all for the kind words and advice. I have to say looking back at my post from yesterday I am a little embarrassed I got down on myself like that and cried poor me. I am lucky in a lot of ways and I am determined to make this work. I really hope anyone new to this process doesn't get discouraged by my post. I am less than 2 month post op and only have had one fill. My journey is just starting. Please do not get discouraged by my words above. I would delete it but then all the good, kind words and advice that followed would be lost and that would be tragic. It's funny how one day can make a difference and I didn't even step on the scale today....
